What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Custom & Personalized Orders

* All sales are final on any custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

* Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

* This includes items with names, monograms, custom text, specific thread colors, or designs made specifically for you.

Ready to Ship Items

If you purchased a ready-to-ship, non-customized item and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: hello@sweethumblehome.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned item.

Order Accuracy

Please review all personalization details (spelling, dates, colors, etc.) before submitting your order. We create exactly what you approve at checkout and cannot make changes once production has started.

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized for a non-custom item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned in its original, unused condition. There are no restocking fees.

Are any purchases final sale?

Personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Other final sale items will be marked on the listing.

When will I get my order?
Processing Time

* Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.

* During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included.

* You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

* USPS First Class Mail: [2–5 business days]

* USPS Priority Mail: [1–3 business days]

Lost or Delayed Packages

* Once a package leaves our studio, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to USPS directly using your tracking number.

* We’re happy to help you file a claim or follow up if needed.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

Gift wrapping is available for an additional $5. Our wrap is a simple, timeless, and perfect for gifting. You can select gift options at checkout.

Bulk Orders & Discounts

Yes! We offer bulk orders at a 30–35% discount (depending on the piece) with a minimum order of 50 items. Please contact us to create a custom order for you.

Copyrite & Licensing Policy

We do not create items that feature licensed characters, logos, or phrases that belong to another company. This includes, but is not limited to, Disney characters, sports team logos, and other trademarked designs.

Thread Colors

For items offering thread color choices, please refer to the Sweet Humble Home Thread Chart. All monitors display colors differently, so the final product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. If you’re looking for a color not shown, please reach out, we have many more options available.

Studio Hours & Holiday Shipping Dates

Our online store is open 24/7. Messages are answered during our office hours. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays:

Holiday Cut-Off Dates for 2025:

* Christmas: December 5
**Holiday shipping delays are common. Please order early to ensure your purchase arrives in time.

Wholesale Inquiries

Yes! Sweet Humble Home products have been featured in retail locations from Martha’s Vineyard to Paris, and we’d love to be part of your store. Contact us to discuss wholesale opportunities.

Online only stores are not eligible for wholesale items. In order to sell Sweet Humble Home items wholesale you must have a brick & mortar store and submit a copy of your reseller certificate.
