Shipping Policy

At Sweet Humble Home, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and with care.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times*

  • USPS First Class Mail: [2–5 business days]

  • USPS Priority Mail: [1–3 business days]

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our studio, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to USPS directly using your tracking number.

  • We’re happy to help you file a claim or follow up if needed.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sweet Humble Hone every item is crafted and packaged with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All sales are final on any custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

  • This includes items with names, monograms, custom text, specific thread colors, or designs made specifically for you.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • If you purchased a ready-to-ship, non-customized item and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: hello@sweethumblehome.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned item.

Order Accuracy

  • Please review all personalization details (spelling, dates, colors, etc.) before submitting your order. We create exactly what you approve at checkout and cannot make changes once production has started.

Returns Shipping

  • If a return is authorized for a non-custom item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
