Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sweet Humble Home every item is crafted and packaged with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All sales are final on any custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

  • This includes items with names, monograms, custom text, specific thread colors, or designs made specifically for you.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • If you purchased a ready-to-ship, non-customized item and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sweethumblehome.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit.

Order Accuracy

  • Please review all personalization details (spelling, dates, colors, etc.) before submitting your order. We create exactly what you approve at checkout and cannot make changes once production has started.

Returns Shipping

  • If a return is authorized for a non-custom item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
